Board and Councils
Earth
Share of Texas is governed by a Membership Council and Governing Board.
The Membership Council is made up of representatives of the
participating non-profit organizations. The Membership Council makes
decisions regarding bylaws and new organizations, and elects the
Governing Board. The Governing Board directs the operations of the
organization, and meets at least three times each year.
